Using the Savantes Savourgram© to Profile Extra Virgin Olive Oils as a Commercial Advantage

An invitation only, one-off, event to promulgate the use of the innovative flavour profiling method – the Savantes Savourgram©.
Members of the International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes Register (including those who become members after the skills test on September 11th) will leave with:
- The ability to use the Savantes Savourgram©.
- The authority to use the Savourgram© in their enterprises for prescribed activities and with appropriate attribution.
- Access to modifications and refinements of the method.
- Access to the ‘Aegis of Savantes’ affirmation for events.
Every participant will leave with a new and unique practical method of profiling extra virgin olive oil for clients, sales, marketing, blending, training, and events.
Participants are requested to bring:
- Computers or similar devices with Microsoft Excel for graphical profiling
- At least 1x 500ml bottle of extra virgin olive oil to be profiled during group sessions
- Red, green, blue, and black pens for profiling the Advanvced Savourgram©
- Calculators
Savantes will supply:
- Savourgram© profiling sheets
- Excel profiling templates
- Instruction notes
- Extra virgin olive oils for the instructional sessions
- Disposable tasting cups for those who do not have their own
