The Participation Fee for the Savantes Programmes entitles you to:
- Attendance at the relevant programme
- Lunch
- Comprehensive notes in .pdf format
- For International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes, recognition as an Associate Savante or Savante if the prescribed scores are achieved
- Attendance Certificate
- To ensure personal attention to the requirements of each participant the number of bookings accepted for the programme will be limited (usually 20 attendees).
Each participant will receive copies of the Internationally Published books by Simon Field; ‘Fruity, a Little Bitter, and Spicy – A producer’s view of the global olive oil industry’ and ‘The Savantes Complete Olive Handbook – Olive Oil and Table Olive Production to Sales’
