‍Savantes Returns to Melbourne in March

‍We are delighted to announce the return of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes in Melbourne this March.

This immersive tasting programme is designed for those who wish to deepen their sensory skills, technical understanding and appreciation of extra virgin olive oil through the Savantes approach.

The programmes introduce the new unique Savourgram multi-dimensional advanced method of olive oil profiling giving a visual comparison of extra virgin olive oil intensity, flavour, persistence, and descriptors.

All participants will receive copies of two books by Simon Field:

• The Savantes Complete Olive Handbook: Olive Oil and Table Olives — Production to Sales
• Fruity, a Little Bitter and Spicy
