Seville is a city with centuries of history and streets of tapas bars. Easily accessible by air, train and road it is convenient for participants from the olive growing regions in southern and north-western Spain, Portugal and north Africa.

Why March?

Because the new season extra virgin olive oil will be settled and ready to taste.
